Incubator

Let's build success together.

Based in Boston, MA, our online start-up incubator program is designed for the most promising full-time and part-time early-stage tech startup founders and helps:

  • founders with bold ideas get pre-seed funding without a working product
  • founders turn startup ideas into foundable product and get founded
We offer one-on-one mentorship on everything for your start-up: entrepreneurial mindset, entrepreneurial strategy, product market fit, marketing, entrepreneurial selling, business and financial models, IT, agile development, team-building, pre-seed fundraising, pitch deck.

By combining your unique insight with our years of experience, you will save months to years of time and significant money, avoiding many first-time founder mistakes and stress.

What happens in the program?

Your success is our success. Although the program doesn’t set a fixed timeline for participants, you complete the program once you reached your goals. Goals are varied.

For early-stage founders with bold ideas, the goals include:

  1. Validating the idea
  2. Developing a strategy for handling all possible obstacles
  3. Uncovering exceptional talents and achievements
  4. Creating a compelling pitch deck
For early-stage founders seeking pre-seed funding, the goals will be:

  1. Finding the product market fit
  2. Knowing how to navigate the highly selective pre-seed fundraising process
  3. Having an eye-popping pitch deck that will attract pre-seed investors
For early-stage founders seeking product market fit, the goals will include:

  1. Finding the perfect product market fit
  2. Building early sales
No matter which goals you have, your dedicated mentor will work alongside with you and ensure that you can become your own boss within one year.

We officially meet twice weekly. At the first meeting, we work together to decide what needs to be done; The second meeting is a weekly group deliverable meeting. The first purpose of the deliverable meeting is for founders to show each other and us their progress; the second purpose is to help founders network for possible cofounder opportunities.

In addition, you can book office hours with us whenever any urgent issues arise.

How to apply to the incubator program?

Founders can apply anytime since the program will remain open until it reaches its capacity (10 participants). Just submit your email and first name. Since we only help 10 founders at any given time, if accepted, you will either enroll in the program immediately or wait until there is a vacancy.

What is the incubator fee?

The program fee is $266 per month, 1.5x the program fee for teams of 2-3 and 2x the program fee for teams of 4-5.

What are your criteria for acceptance?

  • An idea with a high-growth potential
  • Founders who seek a fast path to get funded and are ready to commit to their startup
  • Since we strongly believe in the importance of positive team dynamics, we will select only founders whom we would like to work with.
After receiving your inquiring email, we will arrange a virtual meeting with you to understand your idea and goals. Then we will decide if there is a mutual fit. You will hear our decision within three business days of the meeting.

When can I drop out of the program?

Anytime. We understand that not every idea works. If your idea does not have market potential, you will have two options: either drop out of the program or pivot to a new idea. The billing cycle is a month. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle if you drop out.

Do you take any equity on participated startups?

No. We take zero equity.

Do you introduce founders to pre-seed investors?

Yes, but only after founders graduate from the program. If both founder and fundable product meet the pre-seed investment standards, we will either invest ourselves or help you find the funding sources that are best for your startup.
